GENERAL:
1) This web site is designed to assist and inform our clients searching for London hotel accommodation. Except for elements designed to be downloaded or printed, you may not copy, sell or reproduce this site content without prior written authorization from London Town Hotels Limited.
2) All information provided by you is your responsibility and should be accurate at the time given. Any later changes to these details should be forwarded immediately. Quality Crown Hotels may use this information as needed to confirm the reservation within the terms of
our Privacy Policy.
3) Any currency converter provided is based on international publicly available currency conversion at the time of your booking and is for guidance only. All charges at hotels will be applied in GB Sterling Pounds. Quality Crown Hotels cannot be responsible for the consequences of subsequent fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

ADVANCE PURCHASE - Non Refundable Rooms
Non Refundable rooms are offered on an Advance Purchase basis - normally up to 14 days prior. On occasions, this period may be shortened, at the sole discretion of Quality Crown Hotels.
When reserving a Non Refundable room, your credit or debit card will be charged in full for your stay within 24 hours of booking and this charge is not refundable in the event of a need to cancel or reduce the length of stay.
Should you need to amend your dates, this is allowed up to 21 days prior to arrival, subject to availability of the room type and rate reserved. Quality Crown Hotels will advise you if a date change is possible but at a higher rate. Any change of dates is subject to an administration charge of 25.00. Non availability of your preferred change of dates will not lead to a refund of payment made.
In the event that your card proves to be invalid or is declined, Quality Crown Hotels will contact you to seek alternative card details. In the event that we are unable to contact you for any reason, Quality Crown Hotels reserves the right to release the room if it is unable to charge for your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) You may cancel any reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking with the sole exception of explicitly non-refundable room type offers. Credit and Debit cards will not be charged prior to your arrival. 2) In case of a late cancellation, Quality Crown Hotels reserves the right to charge for 1 night and in some cases, such as a minimum stay requirement, for the full amount of your stay. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation form.
CARD VALIDITY :
Quality Crown Hotels will normally seek to verify the validity of credit and debit card details given prior to your arrival. In the event that card details given on this site are found not to be valid, Quality Crown Hotels reserves the right to release rooms booked or to contact you to seek details of an alternative card to guarantee rooms booked.
CHILD POLICY & EXTRA PERSON:
Standard policy allows children up to 3 years to stay free of charge in parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot upon request. Please check hotel information to verify that the room type you are reserving is capable of accommodating a cot or additional bed, as may be required.
